Support for the publication of books is an essential component of the project intended to raise the awareness of the public and professionals about the importance of cultural heritage and its diversity, and to enhance the knowledge of Mediterranean writings and manuscripts. Thus the MANUMED project will support the publication of diverse books throughout its duration.

 

The Kitab Tabulae collection (kitab: manuscripts in Arabic and tabulae: writing tablets in Latin) is directed by the Centre de Conservation du Livre, and published by Éditions Perrousseaux. This is a specialized collection in the domains of the book, archives and libraries particularly in the Mediterranean region but also worldwide.
